Dit komt omdat het zenuwstelsel niet meer goed de balans kan houden, en de rem kan vinden.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text-align-left font-scale-5 line-height-scale-4 gutter-bottom-14\"><span><strong>Met \u2018even rust\u2019 kom je er niet meer.<\/strong><\/span><span>\u00a0<\/span>Ook een vakantie, of een weekendje weg heeft maar eventjes effect. En ook heb je al van alles geprobeerd, van meditatie, mindfulness, acupunctuur, yoga, druppeltjes, extra vitaminen, homeopathische middelen en zelfs mogelijk al coaching of therapie gevolgd.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"text-align-left font-scale-5 line-height-scale-4 gutter-bottom-14\"><span>Een probleem is dat we<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong> snel aan symptoombestrijding gaan doen<\/strong> als je lichamelijke stressklachten ervaart.<\/span> We proberen het &#8216;van buitenuit&#8217; op te lossen met hulpmiddeltjes, medicatie of andere vormen. <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>Dit betekent dat al het werk wat we doen ons geen echte, blijvende verandering zal kunnen geven<\/em><\/span>.
