En die regeltjes, die worden strenger en strenger.<\/p>\n<h3>Waarom loslaten zo moeilijk is<\/h3>\n<p>Je weet verstandelijk wel wat je zou moeten doen, en dat je het zou moeten loslaten. Maar het lukt je gewoonweg niet. <strong>Verstand en gevoel gaan niet samen.<\/strong> En wat je ook doet, je krijgt het niet voor elkaar.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ondertussen komen er nog meer klachten bij.<\/strong> Het is een vicieuze cirkel waar je maar niet uit komt.<\/p>\n<p>Hoe dit komt?<\/p>\n<p>Je bent aan <strong>symptoombestrijding aan het doen<\/strong>. Want wij als mens willen gewoon zo snel mogelijk weg van een vervelend gevoel. We hebben een <strong>hekel aan &#8216;pijn&#8217; (fysiek en mentaal)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Door alles zo goed mogelijk onder controle te houden of weg te blijven bij de situatie die angst kan triggeren, kun je de pijn zo goed mogelijk op afstand houden.<\/p>\n<h3>De vicieuze cirkel doorbreken<\/h3>\n<p>Maar als je lichamelijke klachten gaat krijgen, dan lukt dat niet meer. Je kunt niet weglopen voor jezelf. <strong>Je lichaam neem je altijd met je mee.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En hoe meer je vecht, hoe meer je zoekt naar oplossingen, hoe meer je hulpmiddeltjes en therapie\u00ebn inzet om de klachten weg te krijgen, <strong>hoe harder de boemerang terugkomt<\/strong>. En juist hoe meer klachten je krijgt.<\/p>\n<p>Even ontspannen op de bank is er bijna niet eens meer bij&#8230;.je stresssysteem blijft maar &#8216;aan&#8217; staan.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Het goede nieuws? Deze vicieuze cirkel kun je doorbreken.
