Dat helpt tijdelijk, maar vaak keert de angst terug, soms al bij de geringste gedachte of herinnering. U merkt dat u blijft zoeken naar manieren om rust te vinden, terwijl dat gevoel telkens weer terugkeert.<\/p>\n<p>Dat is niet gek: angst is zelden alleen maar het moment zelf. Zoals de angst om te falen, de controle te verliezen of niet goed genoeg te zijn. Door dit te onderzoeken, ontstaat er ruimte om uzelf beter te begrijpen.
