Soms voelt het alsof u altijd \u2018aan\u2019 moet staan. Geen wonder dat het soms te veel wordt. Volgens onderzoek ervaart ongeveer \u00e9\u00e9n op de drie studenten burn-outklachten. Het is dus niet vreemd als u dit herkent, maar wel vervelend, zeker als rust niet meer helpt.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Als dat gebeurt, betekent dat niet dat er iets mis met u is. Het is een signaal van uw lichaam dat het te veel is geweest. Iedereen kan tegen een bal schoppen op het veld, maar het samenspel, de communicatie en het oefenen maken u tot een betere speler. Dat is een proces dat zich uw hele leven blijft herhalen. U groeit als persoon, soms valt u, als u maar weer opstaat. En net als op het veld: soms helpt iemand u overeind en vraagt: gaat alles wel goed met je? Wat wilt u? Wat geeft u energie en wat juist niet? Probeer dat eens bij te houden in een boekje of op uw telefoon. Door stil te staan bij wat spanning geeft of juist ontspant, leert u beter begrijpen wat stress met uw lichaam en geest doet.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:276}\">\u00a0<br \/><\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Dat bewustzijn is vaak de eerste stap: als u weet waardoor uw stress toeneemt, herkent u sneller wanneer het te veel wordt. En kunt u eerder stoppen, voordat u opnieuw over uw grenzen gaat.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:276}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">In de begeleiding bij Breinfijn leert u niet om klachten weg te duwen, maar om ze te begrijpen. U leert stoppen met vechten tegen wat u voelt. Vanuit een gevoel van veiligheid komt uw zenuwstelsel langzaam weer tot rust. Door stap voor stap te oefenen met anders reageren, juist in kleine momenten, ontstaat er ruimte om milder met uzelf om te gaan.<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">U hoeft niet altijd alles te kunnen of te doen. Denk aan de touwtjes waar u elke dag aan trekt: studies, verwachtingen, zorgen. Sommige kunt u vasthouden, omdat ze binnen uw invloedssfeer liggen. Maar de touwtjes waar u weinig aan kunt veranderen, mag u wat laten vieren, geef ze wat ruimte.
