Hoe werkt ons verstand? En hoe reageert ons lichaam daarop?<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: left;\">Ik leg dit uit aan de hand van een eenvoudige tekening. Deze uitleg is ontwikkeld door Dr. Fleet.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: left;\">Dr. Fleet was een kraker. Hij zag vaak dezelfde mensen terugkomen in zijn praktijk met dezelfde klachten. Daardoor ging hij zich afvragen: waar komen die klachten nu echt vandaan? Hij ontwikkelde een manier van uitleggen waardoor mensen inzicht kregen in de oorzaak van hun lichamelijke klachten. Hierin liggen al je herinneringen en ervaringen opgeslagen. Alles wat je ooit hebt meegemaakt zit daarin. Zowel positieve als negatieve ervaringen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: left;\">Veel van wat daar ligt opgeslagen, herinner je je niet meer bewust. Ze zegt dat ze even iets gaat weggooien. Geen probleem. Maar ze doet dat om het hoekje, waardoor ze even uit beeld is. Ze komt gewoon weer terug, dus er is feitelijk niets aan de hand.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: left;\">Toch kan er op dat moment in je onderbewustzijn al een klein linkje worden gelegd binnen het thema verlaten worden.\u00a0Dat hoeft in het dagelijks leven echter nog geen probleem te zijn.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: left;\">In de tekening stel ik zo\u2019n linkje voor als een zwarte stip. Een thema, bijvoorbeeld verlaten worden of je eenzaam voelen, stel ik voor als een witte cirkel.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: left;\">Een paar jaar later zit je op de basisschool en voel je je een keertje buitengesloten door je klasgenoten. Ook hier wordt weer een linkje gelegd en opgeslagen in je onderbewustzijn. Nog een zwarte stip in hetzelfde thema.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: left;\">Al die linkjes die met hetzelfde onderwerp te maken hebben, vormen samen een cluster. Hoe vaker je vergelijkbare situaties meemaakt, hoe groter dat cluster wordt. Je onderbewustzijn geeft er steeds meer lading aan. Waar de \u00e9\u00e9n opeens een beschuldiging naar de ander eruit flapt, en de ander bijvoorbeeld heel stil aan tafel zit en zwijgt. Misschien neem je je daarna voor dat je het volgende keer anders gaat doen. Maar als je weer in die situatie zit, reageer je opnieuw op dezelfde manier.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: left;\">Dit komt doordat dit situaties zijn waarin je automatisch reageert, vanuit je onderbewustzijn.\u00a0Het cluster dat daar zit, bepaalt je reactie.\u00a0Bij de \u00e9\u00e9n zit er een cluster dat zorgt voor snel reageren of beschuldigen. Bij de ander zit er een cluster van zwijgen. Dat onze gedachten de baas zijn. Maar dat klopt niet helemaal. Ons bewustzijn is slechts voor ongeveer 7 procent verantwoordelijk voor ons gedrag en onze acties. Ons verstand is dus niet de baas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: left;\"><strong>Waarom dit essentieel is<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: left;\">Ik hoop dat de uitleg voor jou tot nu toe helder is.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: left;\">Dit plaatje zal ik er nog vaker bijpakken en meer uitleg over geven.
