We leven steeds meer vanuit ons hoofd en negeren steeds vaker de rest van ons lichaam. De balans tussen ons hoofd en ons gevoel is zoek, waardoor we niet meer of minder snel opmerken wanneer ons lichaam ons iets wil vertellen. We denken na over wat we die dag allemaal moeten doen en proberen tegelijkertijd zo goed mogelijk voor onszelf en anderen te zorgen. Dit gebeurt grotendeels onbewust.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In tijden van spanning maken uw hersenen overuren. U begint <a href=\"https:\/\/breinfijn.nl\/be\/piekeren-waarom-doe-je-dit\/\">piekeren<\/a> en probeert oplossingen te vinden. Het lijkt dan alsof alleen uw hoofd deze spanning ervaart, maar uw lichaam ervaart die net zo goed. Het probleem is dat uw gedachten deze lichamelijke klachten overstemmen. Uw lichaam geeft de hele tijd signalen af om uw grenzen aan te geven, maar die worden vaak genegeerd.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bij <a href=\"https:\/\/breinfijn.nl\/be\/stress-wat-je-moet-weten\/\">stress<\/a> krijgt u bijvoorbeeld vaak <a href=\"https:\/\/breinfijn.nl\/be\/een-kenmerk-van-stress-hoofdpijn\/\">hoofdpijn<\/a>. Tegenwoordig leren we om dit soort klachten als onbelangrijk te beschouwen. We lossen het op met een paracetamol. De oorzaak wordt zo echter niet aangepakt en de klachten blijven bestaan. Hierdoor koppelen we onze gevoelens steeds vaker aan onze gedachten.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Soms doen uw gedachten alsof ze weten hoe u zich voelt. Of hoe u zich zou moeten voelen. Daadwerkelijk voelen is echter iets anders dan nadenken over hoe u zich voelt. Uw gevoelens zitten niet in uw hoofd, maar in uw lichaam.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We vergeten tegenwoordig steeds meer hoe het is om echt naar ons lichaam te luisteren en fysieke reacties, oftewel gevoelens, waar te nemen. Misschien merkt u soms dat u gestrest bent en bestempelt u dit als aanstellerij. Probeer de volgende keer dat u zich zo voelt even stil te staan bij uw gevoelens en echt te luisteren naar uw lichaam. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.16&#8243; text_font_size=&#8221;25px&#8221; custom_margin=&#8221;46px|||||&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Houd het eenvoudig<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.16&#8243; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De balans tussen hoofd en lichaam voelen lijkt veel moeilijker dan het in werkelijkheid is. Houd het eenvoudig.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Probeer niet om al uw gevoelens te overanalyseren of te negeren. Als u dat doet, laat u uw gedachten weer de overhand nemen.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In plaats daarvan kunt u uw aandacht steeds meer naar uw lichaam verplaatsen en de gewaarwordingen die zich voordoen, aanvaarden. Zo wordt u zich meer bewust van positieve en negatieve invloeden op uw gevoelens en kunt u beter leren hoe u hiermee kunt omgaan. Alles wat u voelt is echt, u bent een mens en mensen hebben gevoelens. Durf deze gevoelens te voelen en wees u bewust van de overhand die uw gedachten hebben.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Op deze manier ziet u stap voor stap steeds beter het verschil tussen denken en voelen.
