Hieronder vindt u\nenkele suggesties:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Stress verminderen: stress is een belangrijke factor bij het verhogen van\ncortisolniveaus. Het verminderen van stress kan daarom helpen om de\ncortisolniveaus te verlagen. Probeer ontspanningsoefeningen, zoals yoga of\nmeditatie, of zoek andere manieren om stress te reduceren.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Voldoende slaap: een gebrek aan slaap kan leiden tot verhoogde cortisolniveaus.\nZorg ervoor dat u voldoende slaapt om de cortisolniveaus te verlagen.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gezonde voeding: een gezond dieet kan bijdragen aan het verlagen van\ncortisolniveaus.
