Dit kan gebeuren bij examens, belangrijke gesprekken, sportwedstrijden of gewoon wanneer u met iemand praat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>U bent bang om iets niet goed te doen.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Het kan u zo <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">angstiger<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> maken dat u niet meer goed kunt functioneren.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.27.4&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h2><b>Welke soorten faalangst bestaan er?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.27.4&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We kunnen faalangst onderverdelen in drie verschillende soorten:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><b> Cognitieve faalangst:<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/breinfijn.nl\/be\/perfectionisme\/\">Perfectionisme<\/a>: U stelt heel hoge eisen aan uzelf en wilt alles perfect doen. U bent bang om fouten te maken.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Negatieve zelfpraat: U hebt negatieve gedachten en twijfels over uzelf die ontstaan voor of tijdens een prestatie die u moet leveren (wedstrijd, gesprek op het werk). U denkt bijvoorbeeld dat u niet goed genoeg bent of dat anderen u niet goed genoeg zullen vinden.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><b> Emotionele faalangst:<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><a href=\"https:\/\/breinfijn.nl\/be\/klachten\/angstklachten\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Angst <\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">en nervositeit: U voelt zich angstig en nerveus wanneer u iets moet doen waarbij mensen op u letten.
