Agorafobie is een\nangststoornis. Dit kunnen\nlocaties zijn zoals drukke straten, openbare pleinen of winkels. Zij voelen zich vaak\nerg ongemakkelijk en proberen deze plaatsen te vermijden.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hieronder volgen enkele veelvoorkomende symptomen van agorafobie:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Angst<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Angst om het huis te verlaten:\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">U bent vaak bang om uw woning te verlaten en voelt zich veiliger en comfortabeler\nthuis.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Angst<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> voor drukke plaatsen:\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Drukke locaties met veel mensen kunnen intense angst oproepen. Er bestaat echter\ngeen snelle oplossing die ervoor zorgt dat u morgen volledig van uw klachten verlost\nbent. Het vraagt oefening en herhaling om op een andere manier met uw\nangstklachten om te leren gaan. Dit proces vergt tijd en kan worden vergeleken met\nleren zwemmen.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bij zwemles springt u ook niet meteen in het diepe bad met de verwachting dat u\ndirect kunt afzwemmen. U begint met watergewenning en leert geleidelijk nieuwe\nvaardigheden die u in steeds moeilijkere omstandigheden kunt toepassen (badje 1, 2\nen 3).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hetzelfde geldt voor het aanleren van nieuwe vaardigheden om met uw klachten en\nangsten om te gaan. U begint met situaties die een lichte spanning oproepen en\nleert gaandeweg hoe u deze vaardigheden ook in meer uitdagende en angstige\nsituaties kunt toepassen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hoe uitzichtloos uw situatie ook lijkt, weet dat u niet alleen bent en dat u uw angsten\nkunt overwinnen. Wanneer het u niet lukt om dit alleen te doen, is het belangrijk om\nde juiste hulp in te schakelen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Laat uw angsten niet uw leven bepalen en zet een stap in de richting van een leven\nzoals u dat wenst.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Wilt u zich niet langer laten leiden door uw angsten?
