Het is echter niet iets wat u zomaar even doet. De kunst van het loslaten is een vaardigheid die u kunt trainen en oefenen, net zoals leren stappen of fietsen. Ook die dingen hebt u geleerd met vallen en opstaan.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Het is de kunst om de juiste vaardigheden op de juiste manier in te zetten. Om dit te doen, is het belangrijk dat u weet hoe wij als mensen in elkaar zitten. Als u een emotie of lichamelijke spanning wilt loslaten, leidt dat vaak tot een teleurstelling. Het blijft aanvoelen als een gevecht en u krijgt uw klachten niet onder controle.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Wat u w\u00e9l kunt leren aanvaarden en loslaten, is de echte, onderliggende angst. Deze angst zorgt ervoor dat een bepaalde situatie erg beladen wordt in uw leven.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vaak wordt geadviseerd om een situatie, reactie, emotie of spanning in uw lichaam los te laten. Als dat lukt, is dat mooi meegenomen. Helaas komt het echter vaak als een boemerang terug. Omdat u niet weet <\/span><b>hoe<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> u het hebt gedaan, lukt het in een andere situatie niet. Zo keren dezelfde klachten steeds weer terug.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Het is belangrijk dat u uw echte \u2013 onderliggende \u2013 angsten leert herkennen en opmerken. Vraag uzelf dan bij elke moeilijke situatie af: <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2018Waar ben ik bang voor?\u2019 <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En: <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2018Waar ben ik bang voor, wat iets over mezelf zegt?\u2019<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Misschien bent u bijvoorbeeld bang om te <a href=\"https:\/\/breinfijn.nl\/be\/faalangst-hoe-kun-je-dit-overwinnen\/\">falen<\/a>. U bent bang om niet goed genoeg te zijn. Probeer deze angsten steeds kort (slechts 1 tot 5 seconden) op te merken. Herhaal dit telkens als u in een moeilijke situatie terechtkomt. Meer hoeft u niet te doen. Enkel de onderliggende angst herkennen.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Door deze oefening te herhalen, leert u om beetje bij beetje uit de overvloed van emoties te komen.
